My husband and I first met Julie Duleba of Coastal Shutters at the 2009 Daytona Beach Home Show. We were interested in the Hunter Douglas Vertiglide shades. I spoke to every shade vendor at the home show and was most impressed with Julie. She was not only knowledgeable but also very personable, which is very important to me. I called her and set up an appointment and she was prompt and ready to answer any and all questions I had. She brought all her samples and helped me choose the perfect color that suited the interior of the condo. The product came in on time and was installed promptly without any issues and Julie was here for the installation. We love our shades and have found a new friend in Julie. We will not hesitate to contact her in the future as we are planning on redoing the valances and bedding in two of the bedrooms. Chuck and I both feel anyone would be very happy working with Coastal Shutters and Julie.

Before I met you at the home show I had made a purchase of custom wood shutters from Direct Buy. I was disappointed with the service and delays that lasted almost a full year. The attitude of the installer was most disappointing. My wife and I were very happy with the look and fit of the shutters so we tolerated their poor service but we were very aggravated far too long.
 

The product (Pirouette) we purchased from you has been the most satisfactory we have ever purchased for our windows. They have the look of shutters when fully opened and close completely and give an elegant look to our windows. They also keep all the sun heat out COMPLETELY and you know we have so many windows (48) that heat gain is a huge concern.

After purchasing and renovating a home, we decided to purchase new shutters and shades for all windows. We picked up a flyer from Coastal Shutters at our local Home Show which introduced us to Julie Duleba of Coastal Shutters. After consulting with her in our home we did not feel it necessary to contact another company.
 

Julie made very good suggestions with regard to using outdoor shades for our large, shower enclosed bathroom windows. She additionally suggested natural blinds for our office and kitchen to offset glare from the golf course while still allowing natural light. She selected Bahama Shutters for all other windows. We can't say enough about how pleased we are with Julie and her knowledge of her product. We took all of her suggestions, she worked with us on scheduling installations to meet our financial needs, and installations were timely completed by very professional technicians. We are currently waiting on our final installation of shutters. I might just have to talk to Julie about drapes for our Sliders!.

We just moved to Venetian Bay in December and needed window treatments. My friend who has lived here for years has a blind on her sliding glass door to the patio. I really liked it and asked where she purchased it and she referred me to Coastal Shutters and Window Treatments. Julie and Marianne are a great team that we can recommend without hesitation. Julie's advice on materials and colors for the blinds we purchased was invaluable, while Marianne did an excellent job with scheduling and follow-up. We are pleased with the Hunter Douglas blinds we purchased and see a significant, meaningful difference in the quality vs. what you see at the big box stores.

We met Maryanne purely by happenstance and couldn't be happier with the outcome. We had plantation shutter sliding doors custom made for our patio door to replace the verticals What a difference they made, and the installation was painless and flawless. We also had a set of custom drapes installed and, again, are thrilled with the results. Everything went so well we had Julia come out once again to "fit" us for another set of plantation sliders to overcome a "design flaw" upstairs. Their service is fantastic. Their prices are reasonable. And the outcome is beyond expectations.

I contacted Coastal when I decided to put plantation shutters on my windows. I used a different local blind company in the past and had nothing but problems. When I wanted new treatments for my windows this time, they were recommended by a friend. They were very easy to work with; very timely; very professional, priced very competitively, and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for window treatments.

We Contacted Coastal Shutters as our new home in Venetian Bay was nearing completion. They handled everything after one meeting and choosing the treatments we wanted. They went out and measured the windows while we were in CT and they were installed the day after our closing. We had Shutters and Electric Shade and valance for large slider everything was excellent!!
